Belvidere Park Retirement Village
Tripple Hydro and Energy proposes the installation of a 75mm HDPE Estate Irrigation system to distribute borehole water across the full perimeter of Belvidere Retirement Village, including the centre garden section.
1200 metres of 75mm HDPE pipeline forming a perimeter distribution network
Eight structured irrigation connection points for organized access
Three pumps with VSD control for intelligent, demand-based operation
Open ring configuration
At security gate we propose to loop the pipeline
Tripple Hydro and Energy recommends consideration of a fully closed hydraulic loop at the security gate side.
The system operates with three booster pumps configured in parallel, connected via communication links for coordinated operation. Pump staging adapts automatically based on irrigation demand.
One pump operates
Two pumps operate
Three pumps operate
Only required capacity activated at any time
Consistent delivery across all conditions
Lower mechanical wear extends lifespan
Maximum system delivery capacity
Operating pressure at source
Pressure at furthest distribution points
Distance to furthest hydraulic endpoints
Total Irrigation Pipeline
The combined booster system delivers up to 18 m³/hour with approximately 5 bar operating pressure at the pump station.
Due to the 75mm distribution pipeline and estimated distance of ±1200 metres, pressure at the furthest distribution endpoints is expected to be approximately 3 bar—fully suitable for estate irrigation applications.
Even in the current open-ring configuration, the system provides adequate pressure delivery. Should the estate approve the closed loop connection at the security gate, hydraulic stability and pressure balancing will improve further.
The 75mm HDPE pipeline forms a comprehensive perimeter distribution ring around the estate. From this ring, 75mm saddles reduce to 32mm branch connections with 15mm dial valve outlets installed at structured connection nodes. This approach provides flexibility while maintaining hydraulic control and organized access points for estate maintenance or residents.
Although the system is capable of delivering up to 18 m³/hour, optimal performance will be achieved through structured scheduling.
Manage irrigation in organized sections
Each residential block operates within defined timeframes
Prevent full-estate irrigation at once

Note: If vegetation clearing is not completed prior to installation, external contractors may be required at additional cost.
Including safety factor and applied margin

Transportation and logistics
Estimated installation timeline: 8–10 working days (subject to trench readiness and civil preparation)
Excluding VAT
Staged pump control with efficient energy usage
Consistent 3–4 bar irrigation pressure range
Perimeter distribution with reduced pressure drop
Pump room location for noise control and easy maintenance
Ready for future expansion and closed-loop upgrade
